We all know the growth of Karate through the 70’s due to Bruce Lee’s rise to stardome. Then we had the Karate Kid and we saw Karate sky rocket in late 80’s and 90’s, followed by the UFC and the ground game became a huge growth in the Martial Arts world. In our classes we are not your typical Karate or BJJ studio. We train our students in Karate, Tae Kwon Do, BJJ with Boxing and Kickboxing techniques. What this means in short is that our students will get the best of all areas. I guess you can say the classes are REAL MIXED MARTIAL ARTS.
Again with over 44 years experience we will strive to make sure you are receiving the best instruction for your personal growth. This family class is from 5-6pm or 6 -7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. We will have more classes available throughout the week as our studio continues grow. In this class we have moms and dads with kids and even Grandparents with grandchildren bonding through our program, as well as kids and teens independently training.
